Platform

Adopt it on your terms. Leave any time.

The fastest way to lose a club's trust is to make the decision feel irreversible. The Turn imports your history, goes live in stages, wears your brand, and hands back everything you put into it — so saying yes stays a decision you can revisit.

Migration

One season, not one night

A club can't freeze a season to change software. So the move happens in stages, with your own data in hand at every one of them.

1

Your history comes with you

Roster, households, member classes, balances, minimums and event history are imported before your first tee time on the new sheet. You start with the club you already have, not an empty database.

2

Go live in stages

Start where the risk is lowest — the member app, ordering, dining, events — and add the sheet, the register and the books as the club gets comfortable. While a stage runs, the closed-period journal export feeds the books you still keep, so nobody re-keys a night's sales.

3

Nothing is a one-way door

Every stage is reversible and every record is exportable. If a module isn't working for your club, that's a conversation — not a crisis.

White-label

It's the club's app — not ours

One configurable platform, themed and entitled per club. No per-client forks, no Turn branding where your members can see it.

Your brand, end to end

Your crest, colors, and name — in the member app, the staff tools, and the receipts. Members never see a third-party brand.

Your own App Store presence

The member app ships under the club's own listing, icon and splash — published from the club's own developer account, or from ours on the club's behalf. Your choice, and a club that holds its own account keeps its listing no matter what.

No lock-in

Reversible by design

Coming in and going back out are both first-class features — and both written into the contract.

Export before import

A full data export exists before we ever ask for a migration. Leaving is a feature we build first, not an afterthought.

An immutable ledger

Every transaction lands in an append-only ledger — the backbone for POS, billing, accounting, and a clean audit trail.

Payments

Every tender, one money core

Charge to account

The default for members — across golf, dining, the shop, and on-course — posted to the member's account the moment it happens. One receivable, no end-of-day rekeying.

Tap to Pay & Terminal

Guests who don't charge to a member pay by card. Tap to Pay on staff phones for the cart and on-course; smart readers at the counters.

Identity

Anchored where it can't be taken away

Member-number + OTP

Identity is anchored on the member number and a one-time code — nothing for a member to remember, and nothing another vendor can take away.

Households & privileges

We model person, household, and membership, and respect the charging privileges and member class synced from your roster.

Let's map it to your club

Bring whatever you run today and we'll map it module by module — what moves first, what your data looks like on the way in, and what you get back on the way out.
