Frequently Asked Questions

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how much of the club you're moving. Courses running on-course ordering only are a short setup; a club moving the sheet, the register and the books goes in stages, on your timeline, so there's no frozen season.

What kind of results can we expect?

For courses, it's the orders you miss today — the golfers the cart never reaches. For clubs, it's consolidation — members on one app, fewer logins, and every charge landing on one set of books. We'd rather model it against your actual numbers than quote an average.

Do you integrate with existing POS systems?

For private clubs, The Turn is the point of sale — pro shop, kitchen and dining — with a journal export that feeds your accounting package. For public courses we integrate with common course POS systems, and we handle the technical setup.

What ongoing support do you provide?

Direct access to the people who build the product, plus ongoing updates. You aren't routed through a ticket queue.
